Sanctuary Group Leaders - Sanctuary Christian Ministries needs people who are passionate about Sanctuary and Sanctuary's mission who would like to lead Sanctuary Groups from their home. These people would be expected to commit to taking a Sanctuary training course, running a Sanctuary Group out of their home, provide Sanctuary to those who need it, and keep active in Sanctuary Connect for accountability. These people should work well with others, be willing to follow the Sanctuary Core Values, and willing to think out of the box.
Student Ministry Help - Sanctuary Christian Ministries is looking for people who have a passion for youth of all ages. Currently there are openings for people who are specifically passionate for Middle and High School students. These groups meet bi-weekly. Volunteers would be responsible for contacting students, being a friend, and potentially lead during Mesami (High School) or PALz (Middle School) meetings. These people should work well with others, be willing to work with students outside of meeting times, buy into Sanctuary Core Values, and willing to think out of the box.
Marketing- Sanctuary Christian Ministries needs someone who is passionate about marketing and Sanctuary's mission of sharing the love of Jesus Christ. This person would be involved in the building of a Sanctuary Hub in Santa Paula, California and how to market that vision. This person should work well in a team environment, meet deadlines efficiently and effectively, buy into Sanctuary Core Values, and be able to think out of the box.
Fundraising- Sanctuary Christian Ministries is looking for someone with fundraising know how to help secure both operational/ongoing donors along with large project donations as Sanctuary moves forward to create a Hub in Santa Paula, California. This person should work well in a team environment, meet deadlines efficiently and effectively, buy into Sanctuary Core Values, and be able to think out of the box.
Business Planning- Sanctuary Christian Ministries is looking for someone with extensive experience to help SCM create a business plan for a coffee/tea hub for Sanctuary Christian Ministries in which SCM can both meet for Sanctuary Splash, Mesami, PALz, other training seminars and events, and also a lounge, recreation, hangout center where people can connect and meet others in a safe environment.
